Introduction of CONVEYOR USING GENEVA MECHANISM

The Geneva mechanism is a method of converting continuous circular motion into fixed step circular motion. To lock between slots in the Geneva wheel and drive it, a rising circular connector extending above the rotating disc is required. So, as many automation lines require, we suggest a conveyer belt that transfers products at regular intervals.

The geneva wheel is driven by a motorised disc in our system. As a result, the geneva wheel is driven at regular intervals. The wheel is attached to conveyer belt-mounted rollers. The belt revolves at predetermined intervals while the wheel rotates. As a result, we demonstrate the design and manufacture of a geneva mechanism-based small conveyer belt system.
